Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time unified title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Still, the novice is still one of boxing's biggest financial successes, consistently making substantial paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in round four or five and stated he would stop the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the match is really going ahead.
